For things that I use every day, I prefer to pay a bit more if the quality is stable. Sometimes I do not mind waiting longer if the price is fair and the quality is solid. I like when they mention whether the fabric has stretch or not, that detail matters a lot. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

Good packaging and a small storage bag are also nice touches for accessories. I try to look for real photos of the insoles and soles, not only the outside of the shoe. When a store shows clear shoulder width, bust, waist and length, it is much easier to choose. Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. At least here we can see more honest opinions and not only polished marketing content. For daily use items I try to balance price, build quality and real user feedback.
